The initial registration and build fee is a one-time fee per location. It covers our done with you set-up, building of a local concussion cotreatment network, profile set-up in the CP directory, SEO tune up of your profile and much more. You may choose your membership plan based on the needs of your practice. Monthly dues allow us to provide guidance to local association groups, updates to our article library, and technical support. Monthly fees range from $50 to $150. Lifetime membership for one location is $3,550.
